大家最熟悉的是……粽子。

在晋代时被正式定为端午节食品。它有很多种，其中最常见的是角粽，这种粽子是用深绿色的粽叶包上糯米，里面的馅有蜜枣、豆沙、鲜肉、火腿、蛋黄等营养丰富的食品，再煮熟，就了好吃的粽子。
